This study about management of raw material supplies in the process of processing sugar cane (Saccharum officinarum L.) at PT. Madubaru, Yogyakarta. This study aims to find out the management of raw material procurement in the process of processing sugar cane at PT. Madubaru, Yogyakarta. Second is to find out the optimal amount of raw material for cane sugar needed for one milling season. The study was located in the sugar factory (PG) Madukismo PT. Madubaru located in Padokan village, Tirtonimolo village, Kasihan, Bantul regency, Yogyakarta Special Region. The time for conducting research was February 2018. The research method used was descriptive method. Research respondents were sugarcane farmers 63 people, sugarcane people (TR) business cooperation 28 people, TR partnership 5 people and TR independence 30 people. Data analysis using Cobb Douglass and Economic Production Quantity (EPQ) regression analysis techniques. The results of this study found that First, the management of procurement of raw materials at PG. Madukismo uses three farmer divisions in order to maintain supplyer. The three farmer divisions are: Business Cooperation (KSU), partnership and independence. Second, the optimal raw material condition is in 2015, namely the difference between the EPQ calculation and the smallest realsation.
