Palm oil production is influenced by several factors, one which is losses. The more losses will further reduce the production of palm oil because it is not taken during harvesting. One of the most common sources of losses is areas that require special attention, namely areas of ravines, lowlands, pringgan due to difficult area conditions and lack of supervision. This research was conducted at PT. Agro Palindo Sakti, Palindo Sakti Estate from Januari to June 2022, by comparing production and losses data between areas that require special attention (ARSA) and areas that are standard (Non Arsa). The objectives of this study are : (1) To increase oil palm yields in Area Requiring Special Attention (ARSA). (2) Can reduce the level of oil palm harvest losses with various effort made in areas that require special attention (ARSA). The secondary data collected was obtained from the company.
