<note>Almost more than 600 mills in Indonesia measure the height or leveling of clean CPO at the Continuous Settling Tank used stick sounding.  Conventional monitoring of CPO leveling in CST, only look at sight glass with guessed thickness figures obtained.  The weakness of the sigth glass is that it can’t measure the level of water, and sludge and is very difficult to clean, this makes it difficult for the operator to adjust the oil content that was flowed in the CST underflow.
There are some purpose of writing this paper i.e: design sensor levelling for oil, water, and sludge on CST through a hydrostatic approach that was integrated with the internet or IoT system, measure or detect the level of oil, water and sludge in the CST tank with the IoT system. The method used in this research was to determine as well as test the design and observe the accuracy of the read of the fluid level.
The resulted of this study were the calibration of the upper and lower temperature sensors with a thermocouple, upper temperature sensor R2 = 0,9999, and lower temperature sensor R2 = 1. Calibration of the proximity sensor with a ruler, oil sensor R2 = 0,9994, water sensor R2 = 0,9993, and the sludge sensor R2 = 0,9998.  Succeeded in making a smart CST application that has a volume display of oil, water, sludge in the tank and a graph display of the volume and level of oil, water and sludge.
