<note>Waktu tunda pengolahan dan paparan sinar matahari dapat menurunkan mutu dari tandan buah segar kelapa sawit. Penelitian ini bertujuan  untuk mengetahui pengaruh waktu antrian terhadap mutu tandan buah segar, dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh sinar matahari terhadap tandan buah segar yang terlalu lama di antrian. Variasi waktu 3 jam, 6 jam, dan 9 jam. Kesimpulannya, semakin lama waktu penundaan maka semakin tinggi kadar asam lemak bebas yang dihasilkan dan semakin lama waktu penundaan maka kadar air semakin menurun. Variasi naungan 0 %, 50 %, dan 100 %. Dari sampel waktu tunda pengolahan 9 jam dengan naungan 0 % menghasilkan kadar asam lemak bebas paling tinggi yaitu 1,18 %. Pada waktu tunda pengolahan 9 jam dengan naungan 0 % menghasilkan kadar air paling rendah yaitu 0,93 %.</note>
