The title of this research is the Performance Study of Fertilizer Transport Equipment with Hydraulic Cranes and Efforts to Increase Its Productivity at Pt. Kerry Sawit Indonesia. The basic method used in this research is observation in directly and measurement in the field and then comparing between transportation systems. The population in this study, namely the work of loading fertilizers, was taken as a sample and tested with the normality and homogeneity test tools with the help of the SPSS version 23.0 program. The results of the study for the variable loading time of fertilizer using the manual method were 5 samples from 29 trials. The mean time velocity was 10 minutes, with a std deviation of 0.52710. The fastest time is 9.3 minutes and the longest is 11 minutes. time of loading fertilizer using the Crane Hydraulic method. The mean time velocity was 4 minutes, with a std deviation of 0.52710. The fastest loading time for fertilizer using the crane hydraulic method is 3.3 minutes and the longest is 5 minutes. The t-test results show the Sig Levene's Test for Equality of variances of 0.814> 0.05 with a Sig value of 0.000 0.05.
