Studies on the effect of brassica waste compost and mycorrhiza arbuscular on the growth of cacao seedling was conducted at experimental field of the Stiper Institute of Agriculture, Yogyakarta. The factorial experiment was arranged in a Completely Randomized Design. The first factor was apply of compost consist of two parts namely without and with brassica waste compost. The second factor was inoculate of mycorrhiza arbuscular consist of two parts namely without and with inoculation. The result showed that the application of brassica waste compost increased the growth of cacao seedling, but mycorrhiza infection didn’t occur. Inoculation of mycorrhiza increased the growth of cacao seedling.
